OneHope is a global ministry that seeks to catalyze a movement to help every child in every generation encounter Jesus through engagement with God’s Word. By working with local churches, international ministry partners, schools, and governments, we have been able to reach over 2 billion children with a relevant Gospel message since we began in 1987.

Our internship program, Cultivate, is located in our international headquarters in South Florida. This program was born out of OneHope’s 30+ years of experience in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. We are a large, innovative nonprofit that seeks to match your God-given gifts with a God-driven mission. The goal is to equip college students and recent graduates to work in a faith-based, international organization through mentorship by experienced practitioners and by providing significant opportunities for personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Fundraising Efforts: Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to engage donors and supporters.
  • Donor Relations: Help manage donor communications, including preparing updates, thank-you notes, and impact reports to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Data Management: Assist in managing donor databases, tracking contributions, and analyzing data to support fundraising strategies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support by organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting with event logistics and preparation.
  • Research: Conduct research on potential donors, funding opportunities, and best practices in fundraising and donor engagement.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to the development of marketing materials and communications to promote advancement efforts and enhance visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Advancement team, participate in meetings, and contribute to the planning and execution of advancement projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Alignment with OneHope’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Interest in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic advancement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with donor management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for advancing mission-driven initiatives.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
