Pittsburgh Fellows – Launch Your Career After College!
WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS from college seniors for the September 2027-May 2028 Fellows program year! We aim to fill the cohort by DECEMBER 2026 and applications are first come first serve, so we recommend applying on our website early. While we welcome applicants from a wide range of academic backgrounds, we are particularly interested in candidates with a business-focused major or relevant business experience.

Pittsburgh Fellows is a 9 month faith based professional development program for recent college graduates based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
When you are accepted into Pittsburgh Fellows, you are guaranteed employment with one of our 90+ employer partners in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Fellows is not your employer. Instead, we work individually with you to identify a paid professional position that fits your field of study, skills, interests, and career goals.
Your first year of college is about more than just finding a job. By encouraging a Passion for Pittsburgh, Workplace Excellence, and Christ-Like Living, we come alongside you as you figure out what it means to live out your faith, build meaningful relationships, and establish a foundation for the years ahead.
LIVE
Live in community with other recent college graduates as you make the transition from college to life and work in Pittsburgh. Build meaningful friendships, experience a new city, and develop a community that can last well beyond your nine months as a Fellow.
WORK
Work in a paid professional position with one of our 90+ employer partners. We’ll work with you to find an opportunity that aligns with your education, strengths, and career goals while giving you the opportunity to launch your career in Pittsburgh.
SERVE
Serve your city through meaningful opportunities with local churches and nonprofit organizations. Use your time and talents to invest in the Pittsburgh community and develop a lifelong commitment to serving others.
