The Future of Work 2025: Maurice Wilson, Executive Director of REBOOT, says that when veterans leave military service they can lose their sense of identity and sense of purpose. This is because they lose their vocation. Early intervention — training and counseling — can lower the incidence of underemployment and unemployment among veterans.
