Ways to Recruit Mercer Talent

Employers are invited to recruit college-level talent at our annual fall and spring semester job and internship career expos. These are our premier recruitment events and are typically held on the Atlanta or Macon Campus. Our All Majors events typically draw approximately 900 student attendees from all types of academic programs and disciplines from across the university, including business, engineering, liberal arts/humanities, and sciences, while our targeted fairs and networking events draw a smaller but much more focused audience. Employer registration is available inside Handshake approximately eight to ten weeks prior to the event.

Hosted by the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business Center for Career and Professional Development in collaboration with the Mercer’s chapter of Beta Alpha Psi.

This year, the event will be open to accounting, finance, and risk management and insurance employers and students. This event is a collaboration between multiple institutions in Middle Georgia and will occur on Mercer’s Macon Campus.

You’re Invited to the 2025 Nursing Career Fair at Mercer University
Hosted by the Center for Career and Professional Development in collaboration with the Georgia Baptist Association of Nursing Students (GBANS)

As the premier recruiting event for our nursing programs, the fair provides a valuable opportunity to connect with approximately 100 pre-licensure nursing students, including those graduating in December 2026 and May 2027, as well as students in earlier stages of their academic journey.

You’re Invited to the 2027 Educator Fair at Mercer University

The Mercer University Educator Career Fair is the premier event to recruit Mercer’s teacher education and school counseling students (from all Mercer campus locations). In addition, Mercer’s senior Liberal Arts and Sciences majors who are seeking information about educator career paths are also invited to attend. Employers should be prepared to discuss how candidates from non-teacher-education disciplines can be hired and supported through alternate paths to teacher certification.
